45 minute group fitness training with a focus on strength and conditioning. Using equipment such as but not limited to : cable machines, barbells, dumbbells , resistance bands, med balls, plyo boxes, sandbags, kettlebells and more. we create a well rounded weekly plan so that members will establish consistency and come as frequently as they can. The more they come the better their results will be. thse classes are paid on drop in basis and are just $10 per class. Payment is made at the facility either in cash, venmo, or zelle.
